FALY accepts booking enquiries from genuine family groups. Guests must confirm their family status and provide accurate information about the group before a booking request is sent to a host.
Bachelors and mixed groups without a family relationship are not permitted to use family-only listings. We may decline an enquiry or cancel access where the information provided is inconsistent with this policy.
Information used for verification
We may ask for a guest’s name, WhatsApp number, nationality, number of family members, and booking details. This information helps our team understand the request and helps the host prepare a suitable stay.
A verification step is a platform safety measure. It is not a government identity check, a guarantee of personal conduct, or a substitute for the host’s own legal obligations.
Host and property review
Before a listing is promoted, FALY may review the host’s contact details, property information, photographs, availability, and any licence or verification information supplied by the host.
A verified badge means that FALY completed a platform review at a particular time. It does not mean that FALY owns, manages, or permanently guarantees the property.
Enforcement and reporting
Guests and hosts must report suspected family-status misrepresentation, unsafe conduct, or a property that does not match its listing through Contact & Report. We review reports and may pause, remove, or restrict a listing or account.
- Never share a verification code or payment details with someone claiming to be a FALY agent.
- If a situation feels unsafe, leave the property when possible and contact local emergency services first.
