House Rules

Only the family group described in the booking request may stay at the property. Do not substitute guests or invite non-family groups without the host’s written approval.

• Stay within the maximum occupancy shown on the listing.
• Give the host accurate guest details and tell them about any approved visitors before arrival.
• Do not use a residential stay for commercial filming, events, or paid gatherings unless the host approves it in writing.

Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM unless a listing states stricter hours. Keep music, conversations, vehicles, and outdoor activity considerate of neighbours at all times.

• Treat the home, furniture, pool, equipment, and surrounding area with care.
• Follow all posted pool, barbecue, electrical, and fire-safety instructions.
• Do not smoke indoors or bring prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items onto the property.
• Leave the property reasonably clean and report damage promptly to the host.

A serious or repeated breach may lead to removal from the property, cancellation of a booking, loss of a deposit where applicable, or restriction from FALY. Hosts must not use threats, discrimination, or unlawful eviction.
