Using FALY

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FALY, a Bahrain-focused marketplace that helps families discover stays and contact hosts. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Effective 19 August 2026

1

FALY’s role

FALY provides discovery, verification, and enquiry tools. Unless we expressly say otherwise, FALY is not the owner, landlord, manager, insurer, or operator of a listed property and is not a party to the private stay agreement between a guest and host.

Property information, availability, prices, photos, and amenities are supplied by hosts and may change. Guests should confirm important details directly with the host before committing.

2

Eligibility and accurate information

  • You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
  • You must provide truthful, current information and keep your contact details accurate.
  • You may not impersonate another person, manipulate availability, evade family verification, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
3

Enquiries, bookings, and payments

Submitting an enquiry or opening WhatsApp does not guarantee a booking. A booking is confirmed only when the guest and host agree on the details and any required payment or deposit.

Unless a FALY checkout explicitly states otherwise, payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and changes are agreed directly between the guest and host. Never send money to an unverified contact.

4

Guests and hosts

Guests agree to follow the House Rules, respect neighbours, pay agreed amounts, and report problems promptly. Hosts agree to keep listings accurate, honour confirmed arrangements, maintain a safe property, and comply with applicable Bahrain requirements.

5

Content, suspension, and termination

You keep ownership of content you submit, but give FALY permission to host, display, format, and promote it as needed to operate the platform. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, infringing, or unsafe.

We may remove content, suspend an account, or restrict access when there is a safety concern, policy breach, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or legal requirement.

6

Disclaimers and governing law

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FALY is not responsible for a host’s acts, a guest’s acts, interruptions, inaccurate listing information, or losses arising from a private stay agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. If you have a concern, contact support@book-faly.com first so we can try to resolve it fairly.
